INCORRECTLY INVOICED WITH NO ITEMISED BILLING!!!

I had a query on my account since the 27 May 2013 and this query has not sorted. i have a limit on my account of R600, on the 27th May when checking my account balance on my phone it showed R1720 which is impossible as i have a r600 limit. i have been calling and when i called i was informed that the invoice of r748 was an error and yet has not been taken off my account. i have been communicating will numerous consultants and managers whom all make empy promises about my query being sorted in the next 24 hours and yet this hasnt happend in 1month and 5 days. i was promised that the debit order for this invoice will not go off my account and yet it has and now i am still waiting on feedback from Cell C.

i have emails with promises of this query being resolved and yet no one has done this and i have stated that if this query isnt sorted as soon as possible i would be cancelling this contract and not liable for any additional cost as Cell C has not played there part in our contract.
i would like this to be sorted as soon as possilbe and be refunded for the invoice until i have an itemised bill.
i have lost all faith in Cell C & there customer care consultants and managing staff
