Been MTN client for yrs with more or less same billing amount each mnth, utilised for business purposes. On 6 may was informed when making a call that my services was suspened, contacted 808, they advised i exceeded my credit limit of R1500, by R3500, to my utter disbelief. Said i must increase my limit if i want to use my phone, which i did to R4500. said i couldnt query my account till after 26 may, whn im billed basically Went to tygervalley branch they gave me same story but couldnt advise what was using my credit. Next morning wen switched on cell, got sms to advide exceeded new limit and services once again blocked. went to tokai branch, advised i utilised data whole nite, even tho cell was blocked
phoned 808 to log query for credit controller to contact me, no response, have phoned 4/5 times and logged numerous queries still waiting for someone to assit me herein, as my bill is running up by a R1000 a day and no1 can assist till after 26 MAy and then they just want to deduct this amount from my account and i must fight to get my money back. why cant any1 assist me now as some1 is clearly using my phone to download data at my expense and they cant even assist me. Very unhappy
