PATETIC!!!

I bought Htc one from Mtn in June last year. Three months ago the phone just stopped working and had no screen it went in for repairs and was suppose to take 14 work days instead it took 24 work days. I asked for a replacement phone when I took it in I was just told no. This is my business phone and cost me around R1200 - 1500 per month. I received my phone back and now no signal. I did a sim swap which was just not processed and no reason could be given for it!!! What now must it go back in again for 24 days??? What the!!! It this what happened to service delivery in this country.
