I logged a complaint on your Vodacom website last week and till date not received feedback. I changed my banking details and phoned in to your offices to change my banking details, same I did with MTN who changed my details as requested. I can't remember to whom I spoke but it was some where April May. When I noticed that you are still deducting from my old account I immeditly made a payment via Internet banking to Vodacom's account. This already must be proof that I do not skip account payments. So then again I made the next payment into vodacoms account and the next. So according to my records I am not in arrears due to payments I have made into Vodacoms account before your offices even deducted from my old bank account. I tried to speak to a Mando something in your accounts dept but she was beyond rude and refused to assist me in any other way. She kept hammering to whom I spoke to about 2-3 months ago, I made it very clear to her that I do not remember, I tried asking her if she ever remebers to whom she speaks but ja a complete waist of my time. I am being penalized for an error that was done on your side. Every month your add charges to my account even thow I make a payment
