I took delivery of my new Nokia Lumia 720 which I ordered directly from Vodacom in June 2013. The phone was faulty from the start. I was eventually forced to take it in for repairs on 3 Dec. Was told at Vodacom outlet would take 7 - 14 working days. After that time had passed I phoned repair centre to be told 21 working days. It is now 20 working days and I have now been told that the phone has failed the quality check and has been sent to manufacturers. No one at repairs can tell me how much longer this will take. We are now at 20 working days and due to public holidays I have been inconvenienced for a full month. I WANT A NEW REPLACEMENT PHONE. The phone is under warranty and I have been a Vodacom contract customer for some 15 years.
