Useless service from Vodacom yet again!

Have had to chase/ fight with Vodacom every step of the way in this upgrade process. Pre-booked iPhone 5s online. Processed upgrade through call centre. Was advised phone would be delivered to work address latest 19 Nov.By 22 Nov still no sign of phone. Called call centre. Was advised phone would be delivered 25 Nov at my offices - on the one day I wouldn't be at my offices. When I asked to change address was advised the phone would have to go back to couriers and be re-ordered and I would have to wait for stock. Only after fighting with staff about this did they agree to deliver following day. Once phone was received called to do the sim swap. Tried twice to do sim swap to no avail. Finally advised that the reason was because account was in arrears - Vodacom is authorised to debit my account monthly but failed to do so for the new sim. No reason given why. Had to do an EFT payment. Duly did this and received notification that amount was received. Called again to do sim swap and advised that it would take a further THREE WORKING DAYS before it could be processed. I processed this upgrade almost a month ago, paying for a new phone and I still have not been able to use this phone!
