Broken replacment unit.2 months waiting still

I have a IPHONE 4s that was 11months old. The lock button stopped working and as I knew my phone was still under warranty. I took it in for repairs. I know they warn you that it can take 21 working days. I had to follow up every week to find out my phone was only shipped up to repair center 2 weeks after I took it in. After 33 working days, they sent me a replacement unit to the branch. I went to collect the phone. When the cell c member brought the replacement phone from the back, I saw the silent button was loose. So I asked him to test that first before I take the phone. He switched it on and it was broken. Then he tells me that he will have to send the phone up again for repairs. Will take 21 working days again. I called a manager, to find there is only a supervisor. He said he will make sure to get the phone repaired within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks now. I haven't had my or a iphone in 2 months and Im on contract, and my phone was under warranty.

Worst service Ive ever seen. How can you send somebody a broken replacement phone. Surely you must check the phones beforehand. I will cancel my contract with them very shortly and move. Very bad client service.
