Porn found on BROKEN replacement handset

On the 31st of October I submitted a claim to Altech Autopage, my I Phone had frozen and stopped working. I was informed the repair would take 10-12 working days. 24 working days later I collected the phone only to have the exact same problem. I then took the phone back to Altech Autopage on the 3rd of December and had to re explain that nothing had been fixed. I then received (64 days later) a replacement phone on the 3rd of January; I was assured this phone was 2 to 3 days old. After turning the phone on not only does it not function properly, has messages dating back to February last year (2013) but there is offensive home made pornographic photos on the phone.
Its now been two and a half months that I have had no smart phone for my own company.
My insurance brokers failed to sort out my problem so I am now taking it up myself.
