And new phone but work for 3 days

I bought a brand new phone from blue chip cellular a month and half ago and it worked for three days then i delayed taking it back before seven days warranty expires, it was fear from their side it went for repairs and it came back a week later. it worked for three days still and i took it back again for them to issue me a new phone, but instead they took my phone for repairs again and its been 3 weeks now without a phone now and i payed cash for the phone, and the worst part of it is i m running a business and i have lost some of my customers because of the delays on my phone. to top it all they don't even bother to inform me about the where/how abouts on my phone.i asked for a refund they still refusing to give it back.i m stranded i have no phone as we speak. i really don't appreciate the service
