MTN manage to up EVERY time!!!

MTN have made more than one mistake in the past with billing where I have had to pay over R7 000 at once...

On this ocassion I asked my bank and MTN to SUSPEND the debit order until the query has been resolved.

In the end I agree the amount can be paid for so no outstanding money was owing.

Since then they have not been taking the monthly fee from my account (since March 2013) and now will not allow me to purchase a data bundle but still will charge me data costs which is an extortionate R2 per MB as apposed to the 1 gig bundle.

Now it is once again left to me and cannot help feel that MTN will again bully me as an individual and consumer as they have done more than once. AGAIN no accountability will happen within MTN I am sure.

What an absolute disgrace!
