Overcharge on Data Bundle

I recently upgraded my R149 per month data bundle to a 20 giganite bundle for R189.00 per month. I happened to check my account 2 days ago to find out how many gigs I had left for the month and if billing was correct only to find out that R4737.52 was scheduled to be debited from my account on 15/4/2013. It has been 2 days now and still no solution. I dont understand how this could have happened and why it is taking so long to be fixed. if that amount is debited from my account I will go into overdraft and I will be charged by my bank for their mistake. I have tried stopping the debit order but the bank needs 5 working days. PLEASE fix this now and someone get back to me instead of me having to phone you!!
