I received my billing from Mtn on the 12-01-2014. I was charged for data bundle that i have not used. i get 350Mb of data monthly. i never go over that data . i check my data & rand value regularly. i logged a Query on the 13-01-2014. To date the query is still being investigated. i spoke to a guy at the call centre this is his feedback. i would have to pay the full amount on my billing, till the investigation is completed, then Mtn will pass credit. I think this is totally unacceptable especially having to pay for something that you have not used the worse part it's the end of January. I think Mtn needs to speed up your Investigations. i have 5 contracts with Mtn. i will be seriously considering renewals. I await your response
