12 mths 2GB p.m. Loaded wrong - getting no data

I bought a per paid sim last August, paid cash upfront for 2GB data per month. I noticed I never had data on my I-pad (0844731559) but needed to work and started buying my own per-paid data. I queried the fact that I don't think I am getting my data with the branch. They said it Is fine, I called head office, they said I must speak to the branch. I have been calling, mailing, walked into the branch, spoke to managers etc. One consultant noticed that they loaded my data on a easy chat 99cents sim, which is not the correct one. Nothing has been done about my issue though. I got an e-mail to say they will refund me, but still no feedback a month later. It has been almost a year of this and I ended up spending double the amount on my data. I am fed up with this service. I am also going to forward all my communication and complaints to Discovery, as Cell C is the new vitality partner, but I will make sure they know how pathetic and incompetent they are. I refuse to tell one client about this benefit, as I do not wish this bad service on anyone.
I expect them to give me the correct package for 2GB for 12 months and also to reimburse me for my costs to fund it my own data.
