Hi Nomonde, no the matter has not been resolved, the only thing that has been fixed is my SMS, which is now correct at 200 sms for the month. As per my contract that I signed IN STORE with ZUNELE I upgraded to a package that included 350MB NOT 200MB. i want this to be corrected immediately..
