I really cannot understand how a big company like MTN can offer the most useless and pathetic service I have ever encountered,
The till staff at our major retailers have more friendly and helpful staff than MTN.
I was unfortunate enough to have upgraded my contract with MTN in the last two weeks of November last year, and till today I am still struggling to get what was advertised.
On the new contract that I received I was to qualify for 350mb of data and 200 sms' s, this upgrade was done at MTN Glen fair, the only thing I had to pay for extra was for my new smaller sim card!!!
My next account was over R 700.00 due to all the upgrade costs I was charged, and not advised of, now I am sitting with an account of over R 1054.00 as these people never included my 350mb free data, I went to 3 Mtn shops toresolve my query, Shelley Centre Mall, The Grove Mall, NO-ONE COULD HELP ME!!! and even when I managed to get a call logged on the 13th of Jan to fix this, MTN just ignored this request, now that I followed up again I have to wait further 21 days for the matter to be resolved, so what MTN is actually saying is that they are so incompetent that they need 32 days to fix a mistake?
