FALSE ADVERTISING - SAMSUNG S4 MINI

I recently upgraded my contract to the advertised Cell C package for the Samsung S4 mini cell phone at
r289pm which includes r100 airtime, 100 sms/mms, 300mb data (100mb 200mb extra)
Last month I only received 100mb and this month again. I have logged numerous calls and sent many sms but still no response. Gabriel Mphala comfirmed the following on 11 November BUT ALAS, NO CREDITS HAS BEEN DONE
Case 1311120000240526 created for additional 200MB data to be loaded for the whole contract duration.
I WANT THE ADDITIONAL 400MB OF DATA (200MB FOR LAST AND 200MN FOR THIS MONTH) TO BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY of this contract must be cancelled as CELL C IS IN BREACH OF THEIR OWN CONTRACT AND IS FALSE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS
