I upgraded my contract with MTN on 4 September 2013 which included 350mb of data. Yet I see that I am still being charged for 75mb which was part of my former contract and the 350mb has not been activated on my smartphone. Now MTN wants to say that that the 75mb was not cancelled. A upgraded contract replaces everything on the former contact does it not? And who in their right mind will take out a contract which includes 350mb data and still keep a separate 75mb at an additional fee. MTN is not prepared to admit their error and credit my account with the fees I was charged for a service I did not receive. Disgusting!!!
