This is probably about the 10th time I have lodged a complaint. After going into Game city store about 3 times, where I initial signed up my contract, and calling the call centre on numerous occassions. My issue has still not been attended to. I have even emailed the consultant at cellc who has not responded to any of my mails. I upgraded my contract on the 20 September 2012 to a Straight Up 200 which entitles me to 200 SMS, 200 minutes and 200MB data. When I signed up the contract for R549 the contract stipulated that this would include 500MB (so the original 200MB an additional 300), thus being part of the R549 contract deal.
As per telecom you advised that I was paying R110 for the additional 300MB? I should be paying for this as this is part of my contract deal for R549.00 - Thus I am due a credit of R110 for the 300MB data I have been charged since inception of the contract.
I am also due credit for any charges you may have raised on data from 200MB - 500MB. I should only be charged for data after my 500MB data usage is up. I contacted the call centre this morning and they advised that all has been resolved - this HASNT been resolved and NO one has given me any feedback!
