Telkom
Telkom doesn't want to cancel my account

I have a weekender with telkom, and am basically only using the line rental. ADSL account is supplied by MWEB. I cancelled my MWEB account and it is no longer active on the line. Telkom keeps telling me that another service provider is holding the line and that they cannot cancel the line. I will now stop paying for line rental.
