Paying for 500MB but only receive 200MB

I took out a Straight up 200 contract which clearly indicates you receive 200MB data PLUS an addditional 300MB data for R399 per month. The Cell C store in Centurion confirmed that. I only receive 200 MB. I called the Call Centre twice, and they assured it will be corrected. 2 weeks later is not fixed. I have sent 2 x e-mails and 2 x sms's, but haven't received feedback/response yet. I went to the Cell C store in Centurion on Saturday 06 April 2013, and they activated the 300MB on the system. It is still not activated. I am paying for this 500MB but only receive 200MB. I only took out this contract for this 500MB, but this is now a waste of money. My husband took the same contract on the same day as myself, he also only received 200MB, but after numerous calls to the call centre, he now receives the full 500MB. I want to cancel this contract, as Cell C falsely advertised this deal, and misled me. It is now a month later, and I still don't have the full 500MB! It seems to me Cell C is not going to sort this problem out.
