POOR service from MTN

I have for a long time now (November 2013) tried to correct my cellphone account as I have been overcharged on my cellphone upgrade for two months. While the upgraded package was corrected and it now reflects the correct package, the overcharge of my account has not been corrected. I have been overcharged R100.00 per month since September 2013.

During November I upgraded my internet package, and cancelled the contract again 4 days later due to extremely poor service from the MTN IT section, as they could not assist with the correct setup of the device despite me having a go at it four times. This upgrade/cancelation is also a problem as I have been charged additional costs, in addition to the incorrect billing for that package.
Despite various unsuccessful attempts to correct the matter through the FMZ franchise since 18 December 2013, I have still an so called correct account of R1096.11 according to MTN that has to be paid immediately. MTN has claimed that there is a huge backlog on the correction of accounts, and that the account could not be corrected due to those reasons. This is completely unacceptable to me and the pathetic service that I receive from MTN
