Repeated repairs - still no internet

I reported a fault on my line on 11 June, and the first technician was dispatched that Friday (14 June) to repair the line. A technician can only access my place on Fridays as I work full day and that is the day that my maid is there. The technician came and left and reported that he had resolved the problem but my line was still cutting out as it had been.

On 21 June a second technician came and also reported the problem solved but this time my line wasn't just cutting out but not working at all!

When I called 10210 to ask for help the lady told me that she would have to send out another technician to deal with the problem, when I asked her how I could make sure that the problem was actually resolved she told me that I must be there. So I must take a whole day off work to sit around and wait for someone to come around so that I can make sure that they do their job properly?! This is completely unacceptable, I shouldn't have to supervise someone that knows what they are doing.

On 28 June another technician came, reported the problem resolved and I STILL have no internet connection.

I cannot accept that there is no progress and that everytime they say they have fixed my problem!
