No telephone line for 3 weeks of a month

I moved to a new house and informed Telkom, my line was promptly transferred however a technician was not dispatched to install until I queried around the 10th of November. The line was then installed on the 16th of November. On the 18 November I had no line so I called and reported fault 174CNK181113. The fault was then fixed on the 19th. The same fault occurred on the 22nd which I have reported 308CNK221113, today 28 Nov a technician came and told me he cannot fix the fault as the line to be fixed is in a neighbors yard and he won't jump the fence like the other technician. I must wait, I am not sure until I am paying rental for this month and internet but have had a Line for a maximum of 2 days. I am also doing important work for my husband at home. This is unfair!
