Pathetic Service from Telkom once again!!!

We are a company in Sandton and have had issues with our telephone lines for approximately a week.
Telkom's procedures are ridiculous and pathetic. They were so incompetent and no one has been able to assist us thus far. Telkom insists that the problem is on Samsungs side however the Samsung technician was very efficient and reported the the correct telephone line as per his job card stated yet telkom still insists that the wrong information was reported by Samsung. Then when we called to report the ''correct'' line to telkom they insisted that the fault can only be reported by samsung and not the client after its already been done!!!
We were then told that the technician that was sent out could not sort out the problem and they would have to redispatch a technician as their technicians are only qualified to fix one telephone line at a time (whatever that means?) Then the technician on site has the audasity to say that we need to hello peter samsung and not telkom when the problem is clearly telkoms fault! Telkom's motto is ''The network that makes business work'' clearly they would need to rethink that statement!
