No internet for 4 weeks

Our ADSL has been faulty since installation. It is more off than on. Now for the last 4 weeks it is completely dead. We have reported the problem to Telkom about 6 times already and everytime they phone us and after spending 20 minutes or more on the phone, they say sorry, they don't know what is wrong, we must contact our service provider and the fault is then closed on Telkom side. Our service provided, Mweb has confirmed that the problem is not on their side, but definitely with the line. We have to log a new fault with Telkom everytime, because they close to fault after not being able to resolve it. Only after the last fault reporting, did they bother to send a technician out to us. The technician confirmed that the internet card in the Telkom box is broken and has been for some time now. THey have reported this to management, but nothing is being done about it. Why did it take 4 weeks for a technician to be sent out and now that they actually know what the problem is, when are they going to fix it? Why do we have to keep paying our account if we don't get any service for it? This is pathetic Telkom service at its best!
