Dead telephone line, and intermittent internet

3 weeks ago, my line and Internet went down and was unusable for two days. I reported the matter via SMS service, and 5 mins later got an email from Grace at RT saying that the issue had been resolved, but my line was still dead. I had not received a call from Telkom, or any other correspondence whatsoever. I responded to the email, to report that the problem still persisted, and yet again I just got an email saying the problem had been resolved.

I walked in to your Telkom office at Boardwalk, Richards Bay, and was told to use the telephone there to call 10210 and report the matter, which I subsequently did do. I got no response from Telkom, however the internet line came back for that day, but then went away again the next day. I called 10210 again, and requested that a technician be sent to my residence to check the problem, but the consultant told me that they would only be able to send a technician the next day, as they had knocked off.

A week later, I called again, and was told my issue would be escalated as it has taken too long to be resolved. Still no response from Telkom. I've been to your offices again today, now my escalation report ticket is missing.
