A complaint was reported last week. The matter was apparently escalated. A Technician was dispatched on Monday 25/11/2013. He agreed that there was a problem with the line when I could not connect to the internet to check my Broadband speed. He said he was going to the Exchange box to rectify the problem. Yesterday (Tuesday) I had internet access. Today we are back to square 1, no internet access because it takes too long to connect. I've have not heard from the technician, he promised to keep me updated as to the progress with this matter and I have received no feedback from Telkom either. This is having a negative effect on my business, I need this problem resolved without delay.
