Refund still not done

Its now been 6 weeks and there is still no refund.. Funiwe once again called and kept saying she would get the store people to bring the money and this hasn't happened.. when requesting to cancel the contract we were told that we cant but yet we've been having to endure this revolting service!!! I want my money and I will not rest until I get it.. No courtesy call was made by the branch but Funiwe.. Third request for the same thing and month end has come and gone.. who else do one escalate this to if Hello Peter doesn't even work!!!
