First I want to say that I am sick of writing bad reports about Telkom. I am a customer of Telkom for about 2 year now, of the 2 year I have had about 1 year of what I am paying for, the rest was no internet to bad internet.
You can look up the entire fault I have reported if you don't belief. Last 2 months I report a fault and then 2 days later I receive a SMS saying fault has been resolved, I think your technician is lying to you because I have not seen him ones and the problem is still there. Why don't you contact the client to find out if the problem has been resolved you believe the technician, your technician in my area don't know how to do his job, if I had to tell my work that I fix I problem at work I they find out I am lying about it I will be fired. The problem is that I have speed I get the line speed I am paying for but it is the ping time that is bad I get for 100-900 ms on my speed test. Also the internet falls away and then back and so on and on. My 2mbps line is now a 4mbps line but still the problem is there. I play online gaming with an Xbox, and with the bad ping and bad connectivity I cannot play.
