Phone Line and Internet Line Down - No Response

Hi There,

I have been having problems with my phone line the past 2 months. I did log a call last month and the technician came through on a Monday and informed me that the problem is at the box and will be resolved. The technician only came back on the Thursday to state that he had problems accessing the box during the week and the problem was resolved.

Less than a month later I am having the exact same problem where my phone line and internet line is down. I logged a call on Monday the 11 November and the technician came through on the Tuesday to state that the problem at the box. The technician calls me on Saturday 16 November at 08h50 in the morning to state that he will come through to my place in half hour to resolve the fault. I waited the rest of the morning and the technician did not pitch. It is already Monday 18 November and I still do not have a working phone line and internet line.

The level of service is unacceptable. I have tried calling the call centre and am put on hold after pressing the respective numbers when requested to do so by the voice prompts. Once I held for over 30 minutes without being connected to a call centre agent.

I am frustrated.
