WAITING FOR REFUND / CREDIT

This is further to my report of 1 October 2013, for a phone line that had been cancelled but we were still being charged for the rental. Received prompt call back from Otley of Telkom to be advised that problem was to be sorted. Latest account shows a credit for the cancelled line only from 6 October to 17 October 2013, when it should have been credited from July. So the problem has not been sorted out properly.

Please sort out the account and credit it with the amount due to us. It is quite simple, we are owed a refund on the rental from 1 July 2013 as the phone line was cancelled and have only been credited from 6 October to 17 October 2013.

Please do not suggest that we contact cancellations as they do not answer.
