Cancellation Department Needs to communicate

After receiving premature cancellation quotations from the cancellations department for 5 contracts, and submitting and paying over R20 000 in cancellations for four of the contracts, clearly indicating in a covering email which contract should remain open, Vodacom cancelled the wrong numbers.

Thus, they cancelled one of my contracts illegally and without written instruction or authorisation from me. The premature cancellation quotations sent to me by VC also were false, but I was forced to sign and this is "how they work". I therefore signed false documents which they refused to correct opening me up to over R8000 rand in claims but this they dont worry about.

The call centers will not deal with me adequately and I am permanently told that there is nothing more they can do for me. As a Telecoms SP they REFUSE to communicate with me regarding the status of my account which is bad. The call center supervisor inferred that she would mail me a status according to Vodacom of my account on Saturday AM and has not - and my services have still not been fully re-instated correctly nor my account rectified. Out of their own mouths I have been told to "sit back and wait" - Unaccepable
