Contract Cancellation STILL WAITING

I cancelled both my contracts on Tues 28 Jan 2014 - I made payment, sent POP and signed quotation on the same day via email to the cancellation department. I have contacted Vodacom 10 times in the last 4 days and have been messed around, the phone put down on me, told many different stories and NO ONE seems to want to help me in cancelling my contract, Vodacom is currently sitting with my money in their account as I have paid both contracts in FULL but will not cancel both my contracts. I have been emailed a ref number as well as SMS'd a different ref number. I was told someone would contact me within 24hrs, then told to wait 48hrs and now I am being told to wait another 48hrs as the admin department has not submitted my documents that have been sent through. In their T's & C's on the contract it states that when the money reflects, the number will be disconnected and on the email with the ref number is says I will be contacted within 24hrs - NONE of the above has happened - I have had to call Vodacom cancellation department many times. Payment is reflecting in Vodacom's account as I was informed of this but they wont cancel the contract. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER - PLEASE HELP!!
