I have been struggling for 3 weeks to get my contract cancelled with Vodacom
I emailed my premature signed cancellations documents with proof of payment to the Cancellations department on the 16th Of October.

And since then it has been a nightmare dealing with the Call Center Agents, they even go as far as promising me that the contracts will be cancelled in the next 24 hours.

Only to be told When I call back that nothing has been done on my contract and that they will investigate and get back to me.

At one time I was even told that the contracts have been cancelled and that I can port my numbers, only to find out at the other service provider that my contracts are still active and that It cannot be ported!!

I have been promised on numerous times that I will be called back and that I will be given feedback on the progress, I am still waiting for these calls.(I have kept all the call center agent Names and details for reference)

I have spent hours on the phone trying to do something simple, just cancel my contract

This is why I want to move to another provider, BAD SERVICE!!!
