How much longer will nashua still have customers

I recently upgraded my contract with Nashua AGAIN. I have been a client for weellll over 10 years.
I upgraded my contract and had extra charges go through. I have already asked for this to be
fixed, but there are still overcharges on my account. I am being charged 137%!! every month of what
it suppose to be, with double charges etc... On top of that, considering that I have
been a client for soo long, I always have carry over minutes, but when Nashua "upgraded" me, all my
carry over minutes was just erased. Dear nashua, is this how you treat long standing clients, how
do you expect to retain a client base with this kind of service??

It also doesnt help to just leave me a voicemail

as per our conversation you had said this would be fixed, 3 things STILL need to happen, 4 now
1 - 3 months of overcharge need to be refunded
2 - future monthly charges need to be fixed
3 - existing airtime stills needs to be recredited
4 - and now my cli doesnt work]
