Incompentent - Rude and unproffessional Behaviou

I have Contacted Vodacom for a Premature Cancellatoin Quote - the Individual SNE MLAMBO have aggravated me so much that it actually motivated me to Cancel my contract with my - I have Paid almost R5000 per month with them - and 3 week prior to today argument and frustration - I have cancelled 3 contracts with them resulting a payout of R21 000-00.

I still haven't received my premature cancellation quote - nor was I able to speak a Supervisor or Manager - because SNE MLAMBO claims that she has no supervisor or persons she works under - and I also confirmed this recording with her at time 10h15 am 4/25/2013.

I phoned back and talked the colleague and explained the situation and wished not to speak with her - Pindile Mlangho - and she also said I needed a better valid Reason to speak to her Supervisor. REALLY?

The SUPERVISOR'S NAME IS LINDIWE NKOSI - AT CUSTOMER PREMATURE CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT.

and I was asked that she can contact me back??? Seriously how many times do they get back to you?

this type of behavior motivates clients/business customers to cancel their existing contracts with Vodacom due to the Staff. so the Staff is actually working against the company.
