Wrong advice given and terrible service

I went to Vodacom Midrand to cancel one of the contracts. The lady consultant contacted the cancellations department who provided me with a premature cancellation quote. I specifically asked the consultant which amount I should pay and she advised me that I should pay the balance of contract. I then asked her if she is sure it will be cancelled and she confirmed. I emailed my proof of payment as well as the cancellation quote to the cancellations department. On 20 June no debit order was debited from my account. I phoned Vodacom and they said that the amount included both cellphone numbers and I won't be debited. I then again specifically asked the consultant if the account which I wanted to cancel was cancelled and she confirmed that the account is on zero balance and she will ask her manager to close it for me. On 20 July an amount of R2000 (not sure of the exact amount though) was debited from my bank account. I phoned the cancellations department and they informed me that there was still an amount which I was liable for. I then requested that they listen to the voice recordings due to the fact that I specifically asked them before if it
