Premature contract Cancellation

I did a premature cancellation of two of my contracts, two weeks ago... I paid the amount that was required and was told within 24 hours my contracts will be cancelled, its a week now and no feedback, so i called to find out what was going on and to my surprise they told me that they have received my documents, they told me that the amount does reflect on my account but i have to re-send the documents again.. So i did that and got new reference numbers, I called a two days later to check the status and the contracts and they are still active... Now the consultants are telling me i have to re-send the documents again the third time... So I've given up cause i'm been send pillar to post and i keep been transferred to different department and nobody is able to assist me... ALL I WANT IS TO CANCELL MY CONTRATCTS... please assist
