No words for uselessness

I wrote a report on the 14th may 2013, got a reply back saying someone would follow up and contact me, to date no one has, yet you happily take my money every month and no resolution to my problem. If this matter is not sorted within then next three days i will be taking this higher and to whomever will help me in plight to have this matter resolved!
just so pathetic that a call center agent can promise one thing and then something else happens from there.
