To all Hello Peter Followers.
I have been trying to sort out a overcharging problem with Cell C for over 1 month, 2nd complaint and complaints higher up. With Cell C promising to have sorted this matter out before the payment date. Funny thing is promise broken, it was never resolved and the likely chance of it been sorted out is very slim as they have no respect for their customers. Instead of keeping to their promise they have simply debited my account WHICH I MAY ADD I do not pay by debit order but pay cash every month. So they simply ignored trying to help sort out the problem but went ahead to recover the disputed amount. With no call or proof that I actually did any wrong.
Please I hope everyone that is reading this is aware of this practice from Cell C and that this company will do anything to make a profit even if they are in the wrong. I was charged R2 per Mb not as the call centre agent told me 15c. R1.45 extra per mb.
I am such a unsatisfied customer and Cell C reputation can never be restored. The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life was joining Cell C.
