I have a contract with Autopage and for the last 12 months i have been billed not more than R379 as I receive 2GB data every month. For the month of April I had a received a bill for R1649.63. I was taken aback by this amount so I laid a complaint on their website and 2 weeks later... no reply! So I called them and the first guy i spoke to said that he cannot do anything on my account unless i got an affidavid. I knew that could not be correct so I called again and my matter was transferred to the Billing department and I was informed that i would get a call in 2 days. A week later (today) i call in again as there was no response and was told that it was my fault but they cannot give me a detailed report. I am just appalled at the way this matter is handled. Nobody has ever called me back from Autopage. I am the one that is always following up on this matter. Pathetic service I have ever received. I also know that I have been billed incorrectly as i was billed for data being used at 2am while I was asleep. I hope this matter can be resolved speedily as I am tired of the pathetic service received.
