6 days with no resolution of matte

It has been it has been six days since I sent the first email communication of this matter to MTNs attention. This was after I had called the day before and had not received any response either.
Well it is 6 days and the matter has not been resolved. Further I have not been kept to date about the progress on the matter.
I request immediate resolution to this matter by the end of this business day.
