Cell C
Cancelled Contract - No Resolution

Hi

I've placed a complaint with Cell C on the 1st August to which i received the reply

"We have requested for an urgent follow up regarding this matter. Be assured this matter will be resolved. You will be contacted shortly"

Up until this very day no one has bothered to contact me at all about this and that just shows how important such things are to Cell C.

I will be opening a case against Cell C today regarding this matter as this is what my bank advised me is best to do.
