CELL C THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I wrote a report last week Thursday on HelloPeter. About no service and problems with my Iphone 5. That I have endless problems with making calls, receiving calls, internet problems and some times not able to send even a sms. Report was logged on Hellopeter 12th July 11:46. Cell C response was send on 12:18:09 with the following message: Hello Eben_Visser,

Mbongeni will follow up on this matter and feedback will be provide. He will liaise with the network department to ensure that this matter is resolved. He will contact you during the course of the day.

I Wrote a customer feedback yesterday.

Still up until this morning no response from any person from Cell C. Do I need to go to the consumer protection to report Cell C?
