REWARDS NOT ALLOCATED, FIVE MONTHS IN A ROW

For the last five months, every month without fail, I do not receive the Absa Rewards I am entitled to. I already complained twice on Hello Peter, and every time it gets sorted out for only the particular months I complain about, with no permanent solution.
With every complaint I get the standard copy and paste answer from Absa: 'We will investigate the matter and furnish feedback shortly.' All that happens is that my complaint gets referred to the Rewards call center, which by now has proved itself not capable to resolve the problem Absa have with my Absa rewards.
Absa, this month, AGAIN, no Absa rewards were added to my account.
Kindly escalate this to some higher authority that can affect a permanent solution to this Absa induced problem.
Do NOT refer this to your Rewards call center. Do NOT get an agent from the Rewards call center to contact me and act as if this problem has been fixed.
Fix the problem, permanently!
