I wrote a report about the bad service received by one of the employees by STD Bank, Primrose 14 May 2013 and received a response informing that my complaint would be escalated to a resolution specialist who would contact me. 5 days later nobody had called me and did I send an e-mail to the address mentioned in their reply and only got a call a few days later from the branch confirming that they were looking into the matter. I requested the person to confirm her details together with the details of who would be investigating my complaint in writing and guess what, nothing has happened since. Standard Bank, you disgust me and have I attempted to resolve this matter as provided for by the Banking Ombudsman and have you left me with no choice but to take this further. You do not respect nor show any regard for your clients and by your failure to rectify this matter only confirms why your bank is in such disarray at this stage as it appears that not even your resolution SPECIALISTS are competent in resolving complaints.
