2nd part to my 1st complaint: Irene printed an incorrect contract as previously mentioned for R369.00 instead of R339.00 and when I inquired about it she said its a system error and that I shouldn't worry and she scratched the incorrect amount printed from the system and used a pen to put the correct amount, but my monthly statements has been showing that incorrect amount. I kept calling, being send back and forth until I insisted to speak to the manager because I wanted to cancel my contract, and Irene referred me to Phinda her manager, when I explained my situation to Phinda and told him I wanted to cancel my contract or else I am going hello peter route he told me it was all unnecessary as he will personally solve my queries. He called me to my response letting me know that he was working on the problem and that he will be in touch until this is sorted. He called me a couple of times from February and March 2013 I think giving me the same "I am working on your query and will keep in touch" story, and that was the last time I had from any of them. I recently called like 2 weeks ago to confirm whether my query has been solved or not and Irene told me there's nothing she can do.
