Poor Customer Service

Telecommunications

I have two contracts with mtn both on voice, my one contract was expiring in January 2013 but last instalment was to effect in February 2013, subsequently I renewed that contract with MTN Fourways Crossing and I took the data package and at the time I had approximately R1, 199.00 airtime in that sim card. To my surprise they billed me in March 2013 again R369.00 the old instalment and credited airtime of R200.00. Why in my right state of mind would I want to buy R200.00 airtime for R369.00? Then after I got my new data package all my airtime (R1, 199.00) was forfeited and when I asked Irene about it the lady who helped me with the upgrade she told me I have migrated from voice to data thus the reason why it was forfeited, I then asked why wasn't I told about that because clearly I wasn't going to upgrade she then said I signed a migration form. I just read a migration form now and it says "any minutes not used before migration will be forfeited" and doesn't say anything about airtime? I have been robbed and misled in the worse possible way and have been taken advantage of. When Irene printed my new upgrade contract it was for R369.00 and not R339.00 the package I took and she said it
