Poor Service Delivery on Repairs

I submitted my insured IPhone for repairs on the 07th of August 2013 in the Irene Mall branch. The branch told me they were having problems in booking the phone, I shouldn't worry if they had any problems they would phone me. On the 21st, I phoned to follow up on the repairs. The assistant whom answered told me "He just wanted to phone me" as they need my signature on a document, TWO WEEKS LATER they were still sitting with my phone on their lap and probably playing around and not doing their jobs!! This is inexcusable. I phone the Autopage call center to lodge a complaint, only to receive a email later to say they have sent the complaint to the branch to resolve. That was - 6 weeks ago. (no surprise Autopage they are way too busy to phone me didn't you get it the first time?)

I continued to monitor it's repair. The 3rd party Quoted an amount for repairs. The quote was approved (I assume by the insurance) as per the website and a couple of days ago the phone returned.

I just went to the shop, and they told me the phone was sent BACK as no repairs was done. I mean!! Are you all incompetent? What the is going on in your shops? I am NOT waiting another six weeks.
