Incorrect billing-Misleading BIS

I have taken out a contract at cell C Bluff- I queried the difference of contract between game and the cell c store.
The agent informed me that he can offer me a black berry 9300- R99 a month for three months then R129.
When the contract was printed i viewed that the bis is R37 for the first three month so i queried this. He said that it is only printed that way. I have 1 contract with cell c which is R99 for the first three months then after R129. My bill this month is R174 which I think is incorrect- I have taken this contract on the 12/01/2013 my debit date is on 15/02/2013- considering pro rata and the R1, 65 usage R99 my pay ment this month including cli should be way less than R174. i Was misled with regards to my bis and this should be correct. i have no problem with the network at all. i want this to be sorted out and the incorrect money debited from me to be taken off my next statement. If i knew that this was the amount i would be paying i would have never taken out this contract. sort this out before i walk into that store and physically sort this out.
